The general election is just seven months away and the stakes are high between the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency.
The parliamentary candidate of the NDC, John Dumelo has been very active in the constituency monitoring the ongoing limited voter registration - specifically at the University of Ghana campus.
However, Mr Dumelo has been captured on video threatening to “slap" a student in a nearly open fight at a registration centre on the Legon campus.
But the timely intervention from officials around prevented what could have been a nasty fight.
The reason for the brawl is unknown.
