Ghanaian comedian Foster Romanus says he cannot watch social media users disrespect his wife - hence, the reason he has kept his marriage out of the public eye.
He told filmmaker Eddie Nartey in an interview that netizens are rude and judgemental to innocent partners of celebrities and he would not want his wife to be a victim of that.
“Because of the attention that it comes with, and then I’ve seen a couple of weddings where people tend to disrespect your choice. The person you think is best for you then that person thinks what is wrong with you? Why this choice? I didn’t want my wife to go through that,” he said.
