The Commonwealth Secretariat has strongly denied claims of letterhead misuse in Ghana, insisting that no such incident has occurred.
In a statement from spokesperson Satinder Bindra, the Secretariat stressed it had issued no comment or denial on the matter because “no such incident has occurred.”
It further explained that while over 90 organisations are accredited to the Commonwealth, they function independently and do not share officials with the Secretariat.
The clarification follows speculation seeking to link the Secretariat’s identity to alleged irregularities in Ghana.
