Benjamin Nartey Ayiku, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for the Ledzokuku constituency in Greater Accra has retained the seat.
The New Patriotic Party's Bernard Okoe Boye could not stage a comeback after he lost the seat to Nartey Ayiku in the 2020 election.
