Flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama, and his “Mahama4Change2024” team have arrived in the northern region for a 3-day campaign tour in the region.
Mr Mahama is in the region to present his vision, policies, and plans for Ghana’s future, should he be elected president and also seek the mandate of the people to vote for him in the coming December 7 elections.
He was welcomed by the Tamale South Member of Parliament Haruna Iddrisu and other party executives.
The NDC presidential candidate will first pay a courtesy call on the chief of Chereponi whereafter he will have a community engagement with the people.
Mr Mahama will visit Saboba, Tatale and Zabzugu to end his day one tour of the Northern region.
