NLA engages stakeholders in Customer Service month initiative

The National Lottery Authority (NLA) has held a stakeholder engagement to mark its observance of Customer Service Month, part of a series of events aimed at improving customer relations and service delivery.

Under the theme "Above and Beyond," the initiative, organised by the NLA's Customer Service Department, highlights the Authority's focus on enhancing customer experiences.

Judith Kormle, Head of Customer Service at the NLA, spoke to Peace FM Online, reaffirming the organisation’s dedication to addressing customer concerns and improving service quality.

She assured the public that customer feedback is vital to the NLA’s ongoing efforts to improve its operations, adding that direct engagement with customers is a crucial step toward better service delivery.

Ms. Kormle also urged NLA clients to remain patient as the organisation implements new measures to boost operational efficiency, stressing that the Authority remains committed to creating a positive customer experience.

In her address to colleagues, she encouraged staff to uphold high standards of conduct and remain focused on improving service, in line with the NLA’s mission of providing reliable services to the public.

David Lamptey Esq, Director of Strategic and Business Improvement at the NLA, took the opportunity to address the issue of gaming addiction, encouraging lottery retailers to play an active role in minimising its impact on customers.

The Queen Mother of Adumasa, Nana Serwaa Brakatu I, during the discussion on “Impact through games, key challenges and success stories” moderated by Oheneyere Gifty Anti both expects in foundation setup praised the NLA’s Good Causes Foundation for its contributions to education and health.

She highlighted the foundation's efforts to address gender inequalities, with the help of the NLA, ensuring that its initiatives benefit both genders equally.

By extending the celebration of International Customer Service Week to a month, the NLA reaffirms its commitment to service excellence and customer-centricity, fostering greater collaboration with stakeholders to further enhance its offerings.
