The Chief of Jukwa Breman in the Central Region has urged the youth of his community not to do any untoward thing to ruin the victory of the Vice President and NPP presidential candidate. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the December polls.

Speaking during Dr. Bawumia's visit to the community as part of his campaign tour of the Central Region, Nana Kodwo Kobi II said the election is to honour Dr. Bawumia for his good works and vision.

He appealed to the youth to stay solidly behind the Vice President stating “to the youth, we want to honour Dr. Bawumia, so don't do anything that will ruin the electoral process. So, don't go and cause any confusion to mar the process of his victory…To the youth in particular, I want to appeal to you that let us all support him fearlessly but with peace and unity”.

The Chief added the Vice President has "demonstrated great vision" and proven he can perform even better as President.

“I have admired him (Dr. Bawumia) for so long because he is humble, compassionate and hardworking. And anybody who upholds humility is naturally loved by the people…Dr. Bawumia is not arrogant. He is down to earth.

"We know he can do it, that is why the country is behind him. Let us all back him with love, unity and enthusiasm so that what he has already done (as Vice President), he will do more”, he said.
