Ecclesiastes 7:2 tells us that it is better to go to a house of mourning than to the house of feasting. This is because it reminds us of our own morality.
Such was the feeling when we went to greet the widow and family of our departed brother and colleague Hon. Ato Panford today.
It is unbelievable that Ato has gone. Truly, the world is but a stage with each man having his entry and exit as William Shakespeare reminds us.
What can we say but Ato rest in peace until the day of resurrection . I came with (Kobby), Hon Kobby Otchere Darko and (Lawyer Abaka), Hon Samuel Erickson Abaka. We heard that (Boboo), Hon Mercer had come earlier and the rest will surely come. We came with the Chairmen of Shama, Sekondi and Essikado-Ketan and the Constituency Executives and members, But the size of our delegation availed as nothing.
Our brother and colleague. A man of many ideas. A man who thinks outside the box. A gentleman's gentleman. Rest in perfect peace.
