The Atwima Nwabiagya North Constituency in the Ashanti Region has witnessed a remarkable display of energy and enthusiasm as the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, stormed the Constituency to embark on a door-to-door campaign for His Excellency Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the party’s flagbearer.
During his tour, Chairman Wontumi who as usual, is seen mobbed by huge crowds, engaged with various segments of society, including Nananom, religious leaders, youth groups, traders and market women.
He visited bustling market centres at Barekese, Asuofia-Asamang and Koforidua, conducted door-to-door campaigns, and engaged directly with the people in the streets and their homes.
Chairman Wontumi inspected some projects in the constituency including the Agenda 111 project at Barekese and the John Agyekum Kufuor TVET Centre at Dabaa.
Chairman Wontumi’s tour has energized the party’s grassroots for the December 2024 Election. This is a testament to his unwavering dedication and commitment to the party’s target of securing 85% of the votes in the Ashanti Region.
