Director of Communication for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia's campaign, Dennis Miracles Aboagye has described the controversial ‘Agyapadie Document’ as “senseless” and a master plan by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to lure votes from Ghanaians.
According to him, the “evil” strategy has been the trend for the NDC in any major election over the years.
He recalled that former President John Agyekum Kufuor faced the same insensitive accusations before he was elected president.
“They wrote a book about Kufuor and his plans to frustrate the Zongo community in Kumasi and other places. The 2024 version of what they did to Kufuor is what we are seeing in the Agyapadie document but God will deal with them at the right time.” Dennis Miracles Aboagye said in an interview with NEAT FM's morning show.
He also expressed worries over NDC's flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama's continued use of the ‘Agyapadie Document’ to campaign knowing he led the masterplan to tarnish the Akufoo-Addo-led government and the Akyem community.
