Director of Legal Affairs of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Lawyer Gary Nimako Marfo says measures are underway to examine documents of all-party Parliamentary Candidates thoroughly before the December 7 election.
He explained in an interview with NEAT FM's morning show, Ghana Montie that the exercise is to avoid ‘unnecessary’ sanctions against any party candidates after the election.
“We are going through all the documents of our parliamentary candidates to prevent any NPP MP from being sent to court after the elections," he noted.
