Former deputy chief scribe of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has recounted how his party tagged him as a “threat” to former President John Dramani Mahama when they were in power.
Koku Anyidoho once a ‘powerful’ figure during the late Professor John Evans Atta-Mill's government and the NDC at large has been dethroned of his superiority to an “enemy” of the ‘Umbrella’ family.
According to him, some now powerful individuals associated with the Mahama-led government ensured he had no access to any party operations and even passed to the seat of government (Jubilee House) when the NDC was in power.
‘Under John Dramani Mahama I was not allowed entry to the Flagstaff House. I was declared an enemy and threat to the president's life." Koku Anyidoho recounted how badly the NDC has treated him over the years.
He, however, told Kasapa FM in an interview that he was hated for nothing by the party he has worked so much for over the years.
“I supported the decision by Prof Mills to choose Mahama as his running mate, even though he wasn't a friend, I had no issues with him,” he said
