Former ‘darling prophet’ of the New Patriotic Party, Prophet Badu Kobi of the Glorious Wave Church International claims the NPP has never won an election in Ghana despite being an incumbent.
He claims the party will suffer another defeat in the upcoming December 7, election ‘even if they rig’.
Prophet Kobi also expressed his anger on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
“If they are thinking of stealing it, the stealing will not work. You act as if I haven't prayed for you before. Akufo-Addo became president and changed all of a sudden. I prayed for Akufo-Addo, and because of him, I had to embark on several journeys.” He said
Adding that: "When I became a pastor, you were not even president. I've been a pastor for a long time, and those you consult now are people we introduced to you," he claimed.
“Whether they like it or not, they will lose this year's elections. They have never won an election. Ghanaians should not make any mistakes this year.” he said on UTV's cooking show "U COOK'.
He also suggests that the NPP's flagbearer is immature for the position of president.
“Ghana doesn't need children. Ghana doesn't need people who feel entitled to the presidency.”
He urged Ghanaians to be vigilant and choose an experienced leader as president.
"Give the country to someone who has the experience and knowledge to do so. This is not a message from me; it's from God. Give the leadership of the country to the right person," he said.
