Former Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan says he will not reject an opportunity to partner with the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as a running mate for the upcoming December 7, presidential election.
According to ‘Baby Jet’ as most call him, he is ready to occupy that position to serve the country if given the opportunity despite being inexperienced in active politics.
“Honour is something everybody likes. I won't reject it, but I know that's big,” He said in an interview.
Asamoah Gyan who is a key member of Bawumia's manifesto team says he will help in the transformation of Ghana football with his rich experience in football over the years.
He also hopes Dr Bawumia wins the December 7, polls to change Ghana.
