A leading member of Movement for Change, Hopeson Yaovi Adorye says his group will ensure a disgraceful defeat for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its flagbearer in the coming December 7 presidential election.
“We will make sure they [NPP] lose this election miserably,” Mr Adorye vowed.
Speaking in an interview with NEAT FM's morning show monitored by Theannouncergh.com, the former member of NPP claimed the Akufo-Addo-led government has been awful and called for the electorate to vote them out of power.
“They [NPP] know they are going to lose.” He maintained.
Hopeson Adorye, whose group Founder and Leader, Mr Alan Kyerematen, is facing criticism for his call for Christians to vote for a leader akin to Christ’s characteristics to lead the nation reiterated that Ghana deserves a “Christian leader”.
“What is wrong if Alan says Ghanaians should vote for a Christian leader?” he boldly questioned - emphasising that the Movement for Change will continue to propagate the message to ensure Christians elect a leader.
