The Ministry of Energy has been forced to clarify what its boss, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh said about the load-shedding timetable amid Ghana's power fluctuation.
A statement from the ministry explained that the minister's comment was taken out of context and distorted.
Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh who was asked about a possible timetable to alert Ghanaians about the power outages said it was not needed after telling his critics to provide their timetable if they have it.
His comment has been condemned by Ghanaians who described the minister as “arrogant” and not fit for the position.
