The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has accused Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as 'Cheddar', of tax evasion.
This comes a few weeks after Cheddar's Pan-African event, The Convention, was cancelled by the government. Cheddar has declared his candidature for president in the country's 2024 general elections.
Cheddar was penalised GH¢50,000.00 for failing to file personal income tax forms from 2013 to 2016, according to a reliable source at the GRA.
"Despite settling a sum of GH&209,171.00 between 2018 and 2020, he once again failed to file his returns for the post-2020 period," the source said as reported Famebugs on Instagram
