Tottenham have accepted an offer from Bayern Munich for Harry Kane, which virtually guarantees the Premier League side £100million.
Kane already has a deal in place with Bayern over personal terms, with the England captain to earn in the region of £400,000-per-week if he decides to leave Spurs for Germany.
Following weeks of talks and failed bids, Bayern have now successfully agreed a deal in principle with Tottenham to sign Kane this summer.
And Mail Sport understands the offer will highly likely earn Spurs at least £100million.
While the guaranteed part of the agreement is believed to be less than £100m, the add-ons are so achievable that Tottenham are practically certain to net £100m.
